10 Tips to set a Good Time Management

Time Management - You may have never attended seminars on time management, and maybe you've read a book to learn how to manage your time well. You may also have created a series of plans in a book or even a special gadget to organize your schedule. But do you really need all the gadgets and the book? Are you unable to manage your work without those devices?


The answer is very simple. All of the equipment and gadgets that you use to organize your time will not be useful. Before you can manage your time, you yourself have to understand the meaning of time. In the dictionary is described as a period of time or a point where something happens.

There are two kinds of time, the time on the clock and the actual time (real time). Within the hour, there are 60 seconds in a minute, 60 minutes in an hour, twenty-four hours a day and 365 days a year. This time passes just as quickly. When a person aged 50, they really are 50. Nothing less or more.

In real time or real time, all time is relative. Time may pass depends on what you're doing. Two hours in a factory bike can feel like twelve years. And twelve years of childhood you can feel like two hours.

Kind of time which you represent in your life?

The reason why all the gadgets, devices and time management system you use will not work is because of all the systems and gadgets that you have just set the time on the clock. At the time is irrelevant. You do not have access at this time. You live in a real world, a world where the time goes so fast when you are happy, and it feels so slow when you do things you do not like.

The good news is that real time is related to mental and mindset. You can create it. Anything that you can create, you can definitely set. It's time to get rid of any kind of self-sabotage and self-limiting. No more excuses "do not have enough time" or "today is not the right time" to start a thing.

There are only three ways to pass the time: think, talk, do something. Regardless of the type of business you are living right now, your business will not be apart of all three.

As an entrepreneur, you have the time definitely will often divided. When you cannot eliminate interruptions, you should consider how much time you have to spend for the interruption, and how much time should you spend thinking, interacting with others, and take action to your business success.

Practice the following ten techniques to master your time management!

1. Bring your schedule and remember the entire contents of your thinking, conversation, and activities you have to do during the week. This will help you to understand how many things you can accomplish in one day, and when you valuable time will pass. You will be able to see how much time you take to achieve results, and how much time you have wasted for activities that are not productive.

2. All activities and conversations that are important to your success there must be a period of time. List your work will increase very much if you fill it with things that cannot be done. Make a schedule for yourself where you can take the time to think and do things that are productive for you. Do this in the discipline.

3. Plan at least 50% of the time, you have to make it productive.

4. Plan time to rest, withdrawal from all the bustle you have.

5. Take the first 30 minutes of each day to plan your day. Do not start before you finish your activity plan. The most important moment in your day is when you plan it.

6. Spend 5 minutes to every invitation and the decision you have to go and take. This will help you show priorities should come first, and makes you feel that the time is not passed so quickly. Take also 5 minutes after activity or decision that you take to determine if your target demographic these days is reached or not. Is there anything missing, or not.

7. Do not hesitate to reject interruptions from anyone when you really have to do something to completion.

8. Practice does not lift all incoming calls, or checking e-mails just because your phone rings. Turn off your phone connection. Do not give your attention easily to others unless it is absolutely crucial in your business. If that really determine the future of your business, you should instead provide a specific timetable for get it.

9. Block all things not related to work such as Facebook and other social media, unless you use it to help your business.

10. Remember that it is impossible to finish everything. And remember that a good thing is to make twenty percent of your activities generate eighty percent of your results.
