Win Business Negotiation - If you are a negotiator in business you just have one way. Business never happen if the transaction only done by one man.  Transactions never happen if there is no body more for doing it. Without transactions you never will do your business, and in each transaction involves at least two or more people.

As a business owner, a fatal mistake is if you just know enough about negotiations. Because, the best possible negotiating deals is a high, if not the highest when you are in business. Negotiation just like a usual game that the goal is to win and certainly in a game there is the winner and the loser. Remember the goal of negotiation is to win it. Let’s pay attention to several important things below. Negotiation is not about:
1.    A conversation at a Night Club.
2.    A research for your own problem.

So, you can remember both of sentences above that negotiation not about conversation or research. Negotiation is about playing a strategy game.
To win the game you have to know the way for winning it, and to win the negotiation you have to know about three things following:

Know your bargaining position.
In each negotiation, there is a businessman in a weaker and a stronger position. Weak or strong just about the strategy you have. In any negotiation, the side that needs the deal more and fast is the side that often gives up. Precisely, because they need the deal and can't afford to have the other side get out from the game. So you have to know your position and make the strategy.

Know how the other side perceives its position.
Your bargaining positions just the beginning step on your negotiation. You have to count and consider your opponent position. Because each side have to perceives its position well.  When you get bad position and you see the other side worried about losing the deal, you can’t go to the other table. So be careful when you decide a deal.

Assess your bargaining style.
Bargaining style is about soft or rough character. The style of "best negotiator" is fearless, aggressive and so rough. People lazy to negotiate with them, just want to give them what they want and walk away from their resent behavior. If you can find your own style, it will more help full to truly succeed at negotiating.
