Build Employee Creativity - Richard Branson : One key to the success of a business is in its employees. Employees are the main stakeholders of a business. The reason, without them no business can run properly. One way of building a good team is to nurture creativity within employees. How? Richard Branson, founder of Virgin Group, pointed the way to build creativity within yourself is none other employees by giving them freedom.

    Great post! I think giving employees equal rights and freedom to prove themselves make a lot of difference in gaining success for the company. I think gone are the days when one controls everyone. The trend for today in a company is to discover each one's potential to help improve the whole team.
